Installing AMR software
Each OTTO autonomous mobile robot (AMR) has software installed on it that allows use of OTTO App and any associated installation of OTTO Fleet Manager. If a robot is to be used and managed with OTTO Fleet Manager, the software version installed on the robot must match the software version of OTTO Fleet Manager.
Warning
Using the fresh install option will result in lost hardware calibration data. Manual backup of these files is required before starting the update procedure.
Important
Prerequisite hardware bulletins must be followed before proceeding with robot software installation/updates.
